ATTENDANT CARE
At Hope Source Homes, our attendant care service is provided by our trained caregivers to ensure that individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Our caregivers offer assistance with tasks such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming. We will provide a care plan to meet individual's needs and specific requirements. Our caregivers will encourage and support clients to live their best life in the comfort of their home. Hope Source Homes will provide ongoing training and resources to ensure individual needs are accommodated.
HOMEMAKER SERVICES
Our homemaker services provide support with household tasks and daily living activities to maintain their independence and remain safe at home.
These tasks include:
- Light housekeeping: cleaning, dusting, and organizing.
- Laundry: washing, drying, and folding clothes.
- Meal preparation: cooking and serving meals.
- Grocery shopping: purchasing groceries and essentials.
- Errands: running errands, such as picking up prescriptions or going to the post office.
- Household management: managing household tasks, such as bill paying and organization.
STRUCTURED FAMILY CARE (SFC)
Hope Source Homes structured family care program is designed to provide nurturing care and guidance for care givers and their loved ones. Our trained professionals will work closely with families to develop a unique care plan to meet the specific needs of each client. We will encourage families to engage in community activities, daily living activities such as bathing, grooming dressing, meal preparation and medication management. Hope Source Homes will provide ongoing support and training to ensure we provide high-quality care and meet individual changes and needs.
